Got to loose waight, what with the old polio legs and now the middle age spread I can carry my own weight .............. shit, thats all  can say.

So now that the pain in the knees has got bad enough, bad when you dread standing up as you know its going to hurt, im on the Atkins diet .... lots of chicken, lots of green and no fat boy cake.

The wedding came and went;I really liked it and when they sang 'jerusalem I cried. I was sitting outside a Cafe on the Kings Road watching it all going on in the Abbey on a big outdoor screen with tears rolling down my eyes.<br><br>I think all in all it was a great tribute to Diana but nobody said that.....<br class="khtml-block-placeholder">
